Our approach
Smastar is built so that your information stays on your device. Endots LLC ("we") does not collect, transmit, sell, or have access to your personal data. We operate no servers that receive your data.
Information the app uses — on your device only
- Alarms, habits, intentions, and goals you create are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.
- Health data (via Apple HealthKit) is read on your device with your permission and shown to you in the app. It is never transmitted off your device or to us. We do not write to or share your health data.
- Calendar events (via Apple EventKit) are read on your device with your permission to display upcoming events. They are not sent to us.
- Location for weather (via Apple WeatherKit): to include weather in your morning briefing, your approximate location is sent to Apple's WeatherKit service to retrieve a forecast. This request is handled by Apple; it is not retained by us or shared with third parties. See Apple's privacy practices for how Apple handles WeatherKit.
- Sign in with Apple: if you sign in, a stable identifier provided by Apple is stored only on your device (in the Keychain) to associate your subscription with your Apple ID for restoration. It is never sent to us.
What we don't do
We use no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. We do not build user profiles. Because we operate no servers that receive your data, there is nothing for us to collect, sell, or hand over.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple and your App Store account settings.
Deleting your data
You can erase all of your on-device data at any time:
- In the app: Settings → Delete account (removes your sign-in and erases your local Smastar data), or
- Delete the app from your device.
Your subscription is managed by Apple and is not cancelled by deleting your account or the app. Cancel it separately in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Children
Smastar is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Because we collect no data, this is inherent to our design.
Health information
Smastar is not a medical device. Health-related information shown in the app is for general wellness and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.

アプリが利用する情報 — 端末内のみ
- あなたが作成したアラーム・習慣・今日の目標・目標値は端末内にローカル保存され、当社へは送信されません。
- ヘルスデータ（Apple HealthKit 経由）は、あなたの許可のもと端末内で読み取り、アプリ内で表示するだけです。端末外や当社へ送信することはありません。ヘルスデータへの書き込みや共有も行いません。
- カレンダーの予定（Apple EventKit 経由）は、あなたの許可のもと予定を表示するために端末内で読み取るだけで、当社へは送信されません。
- 天気のための位置情報（Apple WeatherKit 経由）: モーニングブリーフィングに天気を含めるため、おおよその位置情報が Apple の WeatherKit サービスに送られ、予報が取得されます。この処理は Apple が行い、当社が保持したり第三者と共有することはありません。WeatherKit における Apple の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシー方針をご参照ください。
- Sign in with Apple: サインインした場合、Apple が発行する安定した識別子が、サブスクリプションを Apple ID に紐付けて復元するために端末内（Keychain）にのみ保存されます。当社へは送信されません。
当社が行わないこと
解析ツール・広告・トラッキング・第三者 SDK を一切使用しません。ユーザープロファイルの作成も行いません。あなたのデータを受け取るサーバーが無いため、当社が収集・販売・提供するものは存在しません。
サブスクリプション
サブスクリプションは App Store を通じて Apple が処理します。当社はあなたの決済情報を受領・保存しません。課金・更新・解約は Apple および App Store アカウントの設定に従います。
データの削除
端末内のデータはいつでも全消去できます:
- アプリ内: 設定 →「アカウントを削除」（サインインを解除し、端末内の Smastar データを消去）、または
- 端末からアプリを削除。
サブスクリプションは Apple が管理しており、アカウント削除やアプリ削除では解約されません。設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプションで別途解約してください。
子どもについて
Smastar は13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから故意に情報を収集することはありません。そもそもデータを収集しない設計です。
健康情報について
Smastar は医療機器ではありません。アプリ内に表示される健康関連情報は一般的なウェルネスを目的としたもので、医療上の助言・診断・治療ではありません。医療上の懸念がある場合は、有資格の医療専門家にご相談ください。
本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは更新されることがあります。上記の「最終更新日」が最新版を示します。
